In December 2018, Bell and EDIC Horizon International Flight Academy celebrated the delivery of two Bell 429s at a ceremony held during MEBAA 2018 aishow. Established in the area of Al Ain International Airport, EDIC Horizon International Flight Academy currently uses a fleet of Bell 206 and 407 for pilot training.
The new Bell 429s will be used for IFR, twin-engine, and specialized mission flights training. “We are excited to add Bell 429s to our flight training program and thus to expand our training offer” said Hareb Thani Al Dhaheri, EDIC Horizon International Flight Academy Executive.
